dismissed the appeal over clear contradictions in testimonies and witness accounts. He said, “Here the courts bear the burden of all responsibility.” The bench then decided to take action against the witnesses who commit perjury. Further, the chief
justice noted that all witness account will hereby be cancelled when a witness was found to be false. With this, he talked of a crackdown against false testimonies where a false witness would soon become ineligible for life to testify before a court.
